Sara is a personal Life Coach and host of the Mind Body Home podcast, where she dives into topics that inspire personal growth, intentional living, and build a deeper connection with one’s home and inner self.
Her work is inspired by a new formula, Mind + Body + Home = Spirit which emphasizes the power of our surroundings and how they shape our overall well-being. When our environment is balanced and aligned with our mind and body, we’re better equipped to live life by design, rekindling a sense of harmony within ourselves and our spaces.
Sara is also the founder of Jade Scott Design, a holistic lifestyle brand that evolved from a traditional interior design studio into a comprehensive platform for well-being. Combining intuitive wisdom rooted in Feng Shui, emotional intelligence, and the art of intentional living, Sara guides her clients in creating spaces that support their happiness and personal growth.
